Intro to the Art of Sushi Don’t let the sushi chef have all the fun! Come and learn how to spread, layer, tuck and roll your way to sushi heaven. In this fun, hands-on social cooking class, you’ll practice all the skills needed to make rolls at home, including how to prepare and season sushi rice, select sushi-grade fish, and add additional tasty vegetables and other ingredients to enhance the deliciousness of your sushi. You’ll learn to make a traditional cucumber roll, salmon avocado roll, and a Veggie Hand Roll. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, wearing your mask. You will be seated within your group and socially distanced from the other guests. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class. You are welcome to BYOB.
