Let me start of with stating Pet rats are ILLEGAL in Billings City limits. There is a rat breeder, Rodentia Family Rattery, out of Cut Bank MT that we will be traveling to pick up some rats from. (Been on a waiting list for a hairless for ever a year and I'm so stoked to be getting one!) These rats are bred specifically as pets. And rats make some of the best pets! You must buy a pair for $25 and every additional is $5. I am planning on heading up the 5th of June. I'll transport rats back if you pay in advance for them.
