A 3 course dinner class, all Gluten Free. *Fennel, Apple, Sunchoke Salad *Seared Scallops served with White Bean and Artichoke Sauce and Roasted Asparagus. *Key Lime Tarts with Gluten Free Graham Cracker Bottom. This has so many components you can use with other meals or just on it's own. After we are all done, everyone will enjoy this wonderfully delicious meal together.
