Series of 3 workshops exploring the Inner Child, Sovereign and Wise Elder Archetypes, and beginning to unravel the threads of entanglement. Our Inner Child holds the jewels of playful innocence, unfettered attachment, and our ability to connect deeply and vulnerably into love. This is the seat of our sense of safety and security in the world and in relationships. The Sovereign archetype is the seat of our power and confidence. Our ability to discern and act upon our inner truth and purpose. Our connection to abundance, sensuality, passion, and the ability to lead as a parent and in our tribe or community are held in this space. Our Wise Elder is the home of the cycles of life; death and rebirth, destruction and renewal. This archetype holds the pearls of wisdom and access to knowledge beyond space and time; the gateway to different dimensions and levels of consciousness. Join me for my upcoming Embodied Archetypes workshop series where I will hold a sacred container for a deep inner journey with these archetypes. This journey will weave my gifts of guided meditation and inner sacred union of the mind and body to support you in finding your own unique essence and expression with each archetype. In this series of 3 workshops, we will explore the following for each of these archetypes: - Unique root of distorted fears and beliefs - Resulting habits and cycles you may be experiencing - The pure unique presence and expression of each - A live guided group journey to and process your unique experience and the threads your body is ready to unravel to step more fully into your authentic expression - An opportunity to receive individualized coaching and support from me during your process. Upon completion you can expect: - A more intimate understanding of your inner terrain - A better idea of what it can look and feel like to unravel these threads in an intentional way - Stepping into your next authentic expression flavors - Deeper sense of self-acceptance, self-love and self-worth - Release of constriction and tension in the body As a special bonus you will also receive: + specially curated materials that will explore each archetype more intimately This will be a zone welcome to all who are ready to dive deep and show up in a loving and compassionate way to shed layers and step forward. ☯️ There will be no mask requirements, however you may choose to wear one if you desire. We will be sitting near each other in a circle. Please be sure that you feel safe to connect with others energetically, emotionally and physically to participate. 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️ Be sure to wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. I encourage you to channel the archetype we will be exploring. 💧Bring water, a blanket, a journal and any other props that will feel you feel comfortable and nourished. 🙏 You are welcome to bring an offering for the altar to support your unique intentions.
