Looking for Bartenders(Trainees)--Waitstaff(Trainees)--Event Planners(Trainees)--Dishwashers--Chefs--Cooks(Trainees)--Prep Cooks(Trainees)--Dishwashers---Bussers--Runners---Event Security---Coat Check We are experiencing tremendous growth and we are looking for (20) to (30) new members to add to our team as either independent contractors—1099 workers or W4—wage employees. Here are our immediate needs: • June 5th: (5) Bartenders and (5) Servers(5) Runners--Bar Backs--Bussers--Sebago Lake Maine---Ipswich, Ma.---PRIORITY NEED--SAME DAY PAY COULD APPLY TO THIS EVENT$$$$$$. RUNNERS ARE NEEDED FROM 2:30 PM TILL 11 PM---THESE EVENTS YOU MUST HAVE A CAR!--NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IS AVAILABLE!!!!! • June 12th: (5) Servers • June 19th: (5) Servers • June 26th: (10) Servers and (5) Bartenders Our events are all over the Northeast: Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York City, Philadelphia, PA, Washington, DC, New Jersey, and Vermont. There are lots of wedding and private home parties – high end events! I am a strong vetter and you must have the goods to make it past me and on to my management team. You will have to go through a full orientation and background check to be considered. You must have a great attitude and be a strong team player. Having a car or vehicle will get you to the head of the line. If you have experience, you can start at $20 to $30 per hour plus potential gratuities. If you have no experience and are willing to learn, the pay will be between $15 to $20 per hour. At MB Enterprises, we provide private Bartenders -- Waitstaff -- Event planners – Cooks – Dishwashers -- for client events in the following: • Private Homes • Estates • Mansions • Golf Clubs – Polo Clubs – Tennis Clubs • Function Halls • Ballrooms • Venues • Celebrities • Businesses • Hotels Experienced Bartenders -- Current e-Tips or Serve Safe Alcohol Awareness Certifications are mandatory or the ability to get certified is required. We will help you get certified!!!! Bartender Trainee Apprentices -- No experience necessary -- just your desire to want to learn the art of bartending -- mixology and wine and beer appreciation. Professional Waitstaff or Servers – We will train you!!!! Waitstaff -- Server Apprentices – Trainees -- No experience necessary -- just your desire to want to provide professional hospitality to guests in their homes, businesses, and venues. Event Planners —Those who are experienced and those who are willing to learn the art of event planning. We are planning (3) exclusive black-tie events each with a cultural theme for 2021/2022. We need experienced planners or non-experienced planners that want to learn the art of planning high-end luxurious events! Cooks – Prep Cooks and Dishwashers – Experienced – Novices and those willing to learn the art of cooking. Great second job and an additional income source as most of the work is on the weekends. From time to time, there is work during the week and some assignments could lead to repeat client visits and weekly work opportunities. There is also room to grow in the staff administration if you are ambitious, hard working and dedicated to learning the art of professional hospitality.
