Looking for Horns and Rhythm Section for Funk/Jazz/Rock Band!

Hey y'all! I'm a composer and keyboardist in my late 20's, and I moved up here in January 2020 from Reno, Nevada, where I was in a jazz/funk sextet. Moving up here, I wanted to join a band with a similar vibe, but I haven't found anyone that was looking for a keys player...so I decided, as the most rational thing in the midst of a once-in-a-century pandemic, to start one of my own! I've written enough tunes to fill out setlists: the music ranges from contemplative and soulful, to headbanging and wacky. Influences include Snarky Puppy, Wayne Shorter, Hermeto Pascoal, P-Funk, 24-7 Spyz, Charles Mingus, and Frank Zappa. The ultimate goal is to play live shows, when they return, and deeply connect with audiences through authentic, invigorating music and performance. Technical chops don't mean much if they can't tell a story! Looking for trombone, tenor sax, trumpet, bass, and drums. The musicians I'm looking for should be comfortable both reading charts and improvising...and not being afraid to get a little weird n chunky! Preferably looking for players in their 20's as well.
