Mental Rest in a Safe Space from work + everything in between. Community and fellowship for professional women. Since 2017, A Sisters Siesta has been a safe space for working Black women to commune and support one another. I've hosted with Therapists and Life Coaches to help us have healing conversations that transform how we approach work and digging deeper into rest. Join us. ****Please wear white for this Summer Solstice Session.**** Light refreshments will be available. Feel free to bring your yoga mat or blanket to sit on. We will do a meditation, breathing exercise, and conversation prompt for support group discussion.
