Stop by their tasting room any Thursday in June and 10% of sales will go back to support The Prospect's mission. On June 24th Join The Prospect and Our team as we end the month with a BANG! The Prospect Urban Eatery will provide culinary training and gainful employment opportunities to an underutilized, disadvantaged community, resulting in sustainable entrepreneurship in culinary arts and a skilled workforce in the Kansas City food industry. Instruction will occur in a teaching kitchen so participants can work in a well-equipped, collaborative space that inspires innovative thinking and where participants will develop skills in culinary arts and nutrition education.
