Siberian Husky: beautiful young male, white, black and gray with blue eyes. He was dumped by a man in a black truck near Hilltop Lake Park on Lakeside Drive in Richmond, California, on May 29, 2021. If foul play was involved, I am trying to locate the owner. No chip and no tags. Report made to CCC Animal Services. He is safe now with a foster family.
