I'm doing some 15 minute interviews with people who want to beat their stress and anxious feelings. Comment "Yes." if you're interested.
I have sleep apnea and I have been using self hypnosis and eft to work on it. The apnea seems to make me feel stressed and anxious. The hypnosis is helpful and I sort of guessed other people must have a similar experience.
I am taking an on line writing class and I was thinking about writing about it in class and on a blog. Just wondered about some of your experiences.
