Opening for a 1099 Cleaning Tech. This role will be responsible for the make ready cleaning of vacant apartment units. Services 5 apartment complexes in the 38103 and 38104 zip codes. Work varies: some weeks will have 1 unit and some weeks will have 5. The volume depends on the season. This is ideal for a startup janitorial/cleaning business. Pay is a set rate per unit and above market average. Must have at least 1 yr experience in Residential or Commercial Cleaning business. Solid Transportation Must own or be willing to purchase a Commercial Carpet Cleaner.
