Seeking Exp lead guitarist/backup vocalist

Our guitar player will be leaving us soon, so I am putting this out there in case there may be a lead guitar player available, looking for a new home, or someone who has maybe just moved to our area. VERY SERIOUS AND EXPERIENCED PLAYERS LOOKING FOR SAME....but we have lots of fun together! When I say "serious" we are serious about learning material like the record and recognizable for our audience. First, we are family. We are not looking for Divas, drama queens or back stabbers. We take care of each other and support one another. We are a WORKING band with a full schedule (well, as full as we want it). We play about 2-3 weekends/month in fall/winter and almost every weekend in summer. This year is booked out, with a few open dates for special events. We are pickey about where we play due to pay and bennies. We play Casinos, clubs, resorts, private parties, corporate events, weddings. We travel at times with hotel rooms paid for. We also carpool. We put on a professional, inter-active and energetic show, so attire is a must. No smoking on stage, light on the drink where permitted. Rehearse in GP 1-4 times/mo, or whatever is necessary. We cover Country (new and some old), Oldies, Dance, Rock, Pop and a few originals. Need to have own gear, reliable transportation and EASY to get along with.
