Person needed to provide part time assistance to a young adult with special needs. Work schedule is two days/week possibly more. 15-20 hours /week. The work involves transporting the client to volunteer work sites, and enjoying keep fit, shopping and leisure activities. Must be available to start straight away. > Working with people with disabilities a strong plus. > Current CPR and First aid certification needed or willing to get them straight away > Must be over 21 with valid drivers license and own transportation > Must be reliable, proactive, friendly, patient and have good judgement > Must have effective oral, written and communication skills IF YOU MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA AND ARE EAGER TO HELP THE CLIENT INCREASE HIS INDEPENDENCE AND INTEGRATION INTO THE COMMUNITY PLEASE APPLY
