Office / House Cleaner Position (Waldorf, MD) IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Part-time reliable, dependable, motivated, and experienced Cleaning Technician needed immediately to perform general cleaning of residential and commercial facilities. Alliance Cleaning Solutions, LLC is a residential and commercial cleaning company based in Waldorf, MD. Duties for this position include but are not limited to: - Cleaning homes - Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors - Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces - Dusting and detailing - Restroom sanitation - Checking, cleaning, and stocking restrooms - Emptying trash containers - Cleaning and polishing glass and metal surfaces - There may be some heavy lifting: vacuums, floor machines, buckets, etc. Requirements: - Honesty, reliability, and integrity A MUST - Attention to detail and good work ethic a MUST - Ability to learn new cleaning techniques and processes - Works well in a dynamic team environment - Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work - Must be authorized to work in the United States - The ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with management and clients - Submit to a Background Check - Must be able to work between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm (M - F) and some Saturdays Job Type: Part-time / Flexible hours Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /Hr Call: 240-427-5185 visit ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES PLEASE!!!
