Looking for space in your work shop to rent

I wanted to find someone that has a work shop in the Phoenix area that wouldn't mind renting me out a spot in the corner to work on my projects. I need some where that I can make a little noise, be able to cut wood, grind and weld. Ideally I'd like to be able to use it after business hours since that would be when I was free to work on things. I would like to be able to leave some of my tools and materials over night. I would always clean up my mess when I was done for the day, and I do know how to respect peoples space. Anything in your shop would be safe, I wouldn't touch or use anything without first speaking with the owners. It wouldn't be a place I would bring friends to hang out at. The things I would be doing are for personal enjoyment and to learn, I'm not trying to run a business. I don't mind a trial period so we can get comfortable with each other and see how we get along. I can afford about 200$ a month (a little more if I had too).
