Saturday early evening: to the person who honked at a light on Lake Street and a bit West of Cedar, a person approached me at the stoplight and you honked. I was on my motorcycle and the guy was way too close. Maybe it wasn't to help me but it seemed like it and I wanted to say thank you. So thank you.
