Description
Lana and her story will capture your heart.
At 3 years old, this short-haired medium-sized brown tabby has lived as a feral kitty, found herself broken-legged at the landfill, and been taken into a new life by cat lovers.
Lana’s front leg was amputated to save her from sepsis, and she has adapted and flourished in foster care. Feeling safe, secure, and well-fed, she sleeps belly-up in her favorite spots and loves playing with other kitties. Lana took time to place her trust in humans, and now, she takes great comfort in the indoor lifestyle and loves extended petting time. Attention must be paid on her terms to get the loudest purrs, most loving gazes, and occasionally some loving drool.
You will cherish your time with Lana.
She has come a long way and will continue to make progress in a loving and understanding forever home. She needs no special accommodations for her missing limb; it doesn’t slow her down a bit. Lana has perfect litter box and household habits, and she will make a wonderful addition to the right family and home, preferably with another friendly kitty or calm pup to play with and groom, but no children.
Lana is fixed, tested (FIV/FELV/Heartworm), up to date on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and her adoption includes a first visit vet voucher.
