Forming band for recording project related to webseries

Looking for musicians (guitars/bass/keys/drums + ?) for band to record (and possibly play limited shows with) material related to a concept-specific webseries. Some hit songwriters involved. Musical style is pop/rock, folk/rock, country/rock -- both slow and uptempo songs. Lyrically somewhere between Loudon Wainwright, Warren Zevon and David Letterman.
