Hey there, Looking for a secure, sunny, heated space with a water source and 24hr access. Cool with garage, attic, shop, shed, industrial, or?? (just no basements.) I need about 250 sf but could get by with less. I'm quiet, tidy and reliable with rent. slop sink would be great but as long as there's water, I can make do.
