Handyman Needed for This Tuesday, June 1

I need to employ a handyman for one day (6-8 hours) to help get my home prepared for market. Items I need done are: * Stain an office desk * Hang shades * Scrub cement by pool deck for cleaning * Match, purchase and install one missing tile on BBQ/Outdoor kitchen area * Use Goo Gone to get some gummed-up areas clean * Gathering and packing of items around the house (not much left, but some need to be put in my van to take away) You would need to have access to tile cutting equipment, paint and other tools. I realize the tile replacement might be a different skill (and tool) set so if you can do all but that, I would still like to hear from you. Please have an impeccable work ethic and skill set.
