Proven Path LLC is hiring for Interior Finisher Ideal candidate must have MINIMUM 1 year experience hanging, taping, spackling, painting, light framing, general carpentry, installing insulation, drop ceilings, and installing various types of flooring(carpet, ceramic tile and drop-and-lock plank flooring), installing base moldings and door & window casings. performing repairs such as, toilet/sink repairs, drywall, mud/sand, floor tiles installments, replacing outlets, switches, lights, painting, clean-outs, carpet installments, door installments, furniture repairs, changing filters, toilet/sink/bath snaking, etc. Must possess a Great Attitude and Hardworking. Additional Requirements: * Proven experience as handyman. * Experience with hardware tools/electrical equipment. * Basic understanding of electrical, carpentry, plumbing or HVAC systems. * Basic math skills. * Good communication ability. * Well-organized and apt in problem-solving. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Background Checks (case by case) * Must be able to life 75 lbs. * Will be required to load/unload truck and trailer (when needed). * Minimum of 4 Hours. Must be ON TIME to work and work till work is completed in order to be paid. Must work FAST & EFFICIENTLY WITH GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Candidate MUST possess their own basic tool kit, and MUST be authorized to work in the US. MUST RESIDE IN OH & possess a valid drivers license. MUST have their OWN reliable transportation.
