White capped piounus parrot, I do not know the sex or the age. I say it's a her, we call her Zell but she doesnt know her name so it would be easy to change. She is on Harrisons, a few seeds and of course fruits and veges. She is not loud, I have not let her out to be free because I have a grey that likes to pick on her. She comes with her very large cage and everything in it. There is a rehoming fee. I will not text you back so please just email me your questions. Thank you
