LOST- My WALLET Following HIT & RUN

I-35 Downtown Austin near 1st & 6th Street and I35(both under the overpass), Austin TX

I was in a hit and run accident while sitting at the light at 6th street and IH 35 last night at approximately 10:30 PM. When the guy was pulling over in the Shell parking lot, we were supposedly going to exchange information so I had my wallet out. Then he took off and I think this is when I dropped my wallet by trying to get back in my car really fast and trying to follow him. As more BAD lucky would have it, I saw the guy in front of me again at 1st street and I 35 where I confronted him again (what are the chances? Pretty good I guess). He got away almost hitting several other cars and I lost him. Long story longer I may have dropped it here also, just don't know. I understand that this is extremely high traffic areas with many different pedestrians so taking a shot in the dark here. It's worth a shot, so please contact me and I will let you know exactly what I had in there and will give you a nice reward since there was a big one in the wallet already. Just don't want to have to replace my IDs but.... If found if you could please email your phone number as this is just one other piece of personal info that I can't afford to give right now.... Thanks
