Two photographers are currently looking for a third to share our Long Island City Queens Studio (24/7 access).  6 blocks from LIC FLEA.  The studio is two streets from the East River and has a whole wall of windows that overlooks NYC.  The floor contains about 20 other studios and shares a lounge lobby, kitchenette and 3 bathrooms.  The studios and floor is rather quiet.  There is a 24 hour passenger elevator and weekday freight elevator.  Building is 6 blocks from the subway and walking distance to the LIC Flea. Looking for someone that is easy going, flexible and dependable. Prefer a photographer with not a lot of "stuff" because storage space is limited.  Google calendar is used to schedule sessions. Plenty of open shoot time during the month.  No limit on amount of days a month you can shot.  Just be respectful of other 2 photographers and not a jerk about scheduling your shoot days. No hogging all the weekend shoot times. Looking for long term yearly renter for share. Photo Studio has: - 13' x 14' shooting space (not including storage) - 9.5’ ceilings. - changing room - makeup table - lockable cabinet to store equipment - storage bins - shared light stands - couch - seamless paper backdrop 9' roller system - fabric drops on a track system - Great natural light from a full wall of windows - black out curtains to control light in the studio.   - Shared lounge - Shared kitchen area with fridge - Shared bathrooms - Video security for building and secure locks Utilities Included. Rent is $450 per month.  One month rent and $450 deposit is required to start. 2-3 References.
