TrimCo is hiring! We are in search of the born craftsman, and are willing to pay a premium for the right person. All work will be local, within 2 hours of the Twin Cities. Foreman Job Description: • Oversee a crew of up to 10 finish carpenters installing cabinets, doors/frames/hardware, and millwork on large commercial projects. • Oversee the safety of the crew, and ensure that TrimCo is compliant. • Push production • Operate an all terrain forklift • Offload material, manage inventory, and report back to the superintendent if there is damaged or missing items. • Manage the QA/QC program on jobs. • Effectively communicate with the General Contractor's project field team. • Compensation for commuting over 1 hour. • Must have a driver's license and a vehicle. • Includes a profit based bonus, based on the profitability of the projects run. Finish Carpenter Job Description: • Work with a crew of up to 10 other people installing cabinets, doors/frames/hardware, and/or millwork on large commercial projects or large residential developments. • Work in a safe and productive manner. • Must be a skilled craftsman with own tools. TrimCo will supply all materials and fasteners. • Must be hard working and able to work professionally with other people and personalities. • Must have a driver's license and vehicle, or a reliable mode of transportation to get to each jobsite.
