He is a microchipped, neutered male with very large paws and a long tail. He is about one years old, very lanky and big. Kowalski is very friendly and likes to greet everyone in the neighborhood. Kowalski had on a stretchy orange collar with a silver tag with his name and my phone number on it. He was often on 7th ave around Stanton or Graham streets. The bike was on the corner leaning against a telephone pole for about a week. It is a smaller bmx style bike.
