f you live in the City of Chicago and you identify as Black or African American, Asian or Asian American, Latino or Hispanic, or White this study may be for you. The Race and Trust in Government study is a University of Illinois study and explores how individuals across major ethnic and racial groups and major political parties perceive government and elected officials. We are now carrying out interviews with people in select Bay Area counties to better understand the social, political, and cultural factors that shape levels of trust and distrust in the United States.
