We are seeking hard-working and reliable people to join our team. You will be able participate in a variety of projects and tasks throughout the improvement process in residential homes. To be successful on with our team, you must be able to work well with other individuals, take direction while being able to work on your own at times and perform physical tasks. This opportunity provides a competitive salary with an opportunity to make over $100,000 a year for the right crew lead, skill development and guaranteed full time hours of work. Job responsibilities include: • Demolition and preparation of homes for improvements • Loading and unloading of materials, tools and equipment • Removing debris, garbage and other demo materials from homes • Assist others on the team when necessary • Various duties during the improvement process such as painting interior and/or exterior of homes, staining trim and doors, installing light fixtures etc. • Ability to travel 100 miles or less
