Welcome to Perl Precision ! We are looking to hire a handful of quality trimmers to add to our crews. Join our team and help us provide experienced trimmers to licensed grows around Colorado! Our preferred applications will each be able to dry trim 1-3lbs a day and understands the importance of working quickly. Currently Hiring in: -Denver Compensation:- Starting $16.00-$20.00/hour with performance evaluations after 90 days to discuss potential raises- Preferred Applicants can trim 650+grams in the day. Requirements: - Valid Colorado Driver License/Access to RELIABLE Vehicle - Valid Colorado MED Support/Key Badge - Must be able to lift 15 or more pounds; without issues. - Must be able to trim for long periods of time; 7-8hrs total with two 15minute breaks and one 30-45minute lunch (changes depending on location) -Access to a smart phone or computer to choose your week to week schedule -Must be able to complete full shifts - Works well individually and in a group setting - Communicate effectively and positively with team members and management Job Duties (changes depending on location): - Harvesting, De-fanning full plants, preparing to be hang in cure room. - Dry or wet trimming at a consistent and quick pace while separating in trim, flower, and waste accordingly - Cleaning up after yourself and peers while you work.
