Install new pond liner in water feature with falls

I need someone with experience to reline the water feature with falls. If you have experience with the installation of pond liners, lets discuss the project and see if there is a match. The falls has 3 ponds. The top and middle falls are relatively small with a larger pond at the bottom (see attached pictures). I would think we would leave the existing pond liner in place as a pad, but if your experience thinks not........
