Handyman with exp needed to replace kitchen vent

Looking for a experienced handyman to replace a kitchen vent. It has power and the variable speed control seems to work but the vent and motor itself seem locked up. It just hums. It used to spin but barely. I want not only for a new one to be put in but the covering to be updated to look more modern. I will supply all materials you tell me to get. Compensation can be discussed. Around 200 or so.
