Description
I have two mountain quails I would like to re-home. I am not going to give them up for just anyone.. I want to know you either have experience with quail, or the space for them. Due to our current housing situation, they are not comfortable and I want to pass them onto someone who will care for them.
They are healthy, around a year old, and are a bonded pair. Their tail feathers are a little messed up. (Male and female)
The female had already laid her eggs for the season but she had about 10 eggs total.
Serious inquiries only, they will not be given to be used as target practice. They are lovely animals, I just do not want to have them live in discomfort. Because of this, there is a rehoming fee of $100.
Please contact me if you have experience with poultry birds, hatching / raising quail, or have the knowledge to handle them. Mountain Quail are more skittish then most other types of quail, but they get comfortable if you sit down and speak to them.
