Hey there, my name is Jake and I’m the owner of a small Landscape and Drainage business based out of Fort Worth, Tx. I am interested in growing our business and it’s time to start hiring good employees. It’s VERY hard to find good help...well, help at all really. Myself and my brother have run it for the past 5 years and we’re ready to start growing and building a successful business. We are successful, great at what we do and we’re top 10 in all of DFW both Landscape and Drainage. We stay swamped and have plenty of work to hire 2 full time employees that are educated and experienced in landscape, but primarily Drainage. Drainage is what we stay most busy in, though we do a lot of stonework and landscape design of all kinds during the Summer. We are ready to train employees in the way we expect work to be completed. We are all about attention to detail and leaving the job looking better than it was when we got there. We’re all about taking care of our customers and treating the job as if it was our own property and doing it to the best of our ability. We aren’t slave drivers and we’re all about taking care of our people, our employees. We work together. I really think whoever works for us, whenever we find employees that are a good fit for us...will love to work with us. We are loyal and honest and take care of our people...as long as the people are loyal and care and don’t take advantage of us. I don’t ever want employees of ours to feel like they’re in a dead end job and I don’t want anybody miserable coming to work. We will do what we can to make it feel worth coming to work. If you have some experience and understand and learn easily, have common sense and are mechanically inclined...it won’t be hard to understand the little things that are most important on certain jobs, drainage specifically.
