Good day my lovely neighbors, I am a new transplant to Baton Rouge from California. Moved here to better my life and the life of my teenage daughter. We left an donestic violence situation, packed up everything that we could fit in my tiny 96 Camry, and drove here. since arriving, we got into our own apartment, I have become employed and my daughter is finally safe and sound. Now here's the kicker. It took all my savings to move in and my tiny car lost thd transmission and has since been sold. We have a hand me down dining table and a two pieces to a couch that we found on the side of the road. That is all the furniture we own. So my bonus mom and a long time resident of Louisiana told me to speak out to God and my neighbors and I will have my prayers answered. If you have any furniture you are going to donate or just dont need around your house anymore. And maybe could transport it to my house. I will take whatever you want to donate.
