Position: Dog Care Taker and Customer Service EXPERIENCED Animal, Dog and/or Horse Care Preferred Skills Quick Learner, Follow Verbal and Written instruction, Lifting, Able to control dogs weighing up to 200 lbs,, Multi-tasking, Active Energy Level, Flexibility, Handles Pressure, Common sense, Independence-able to preform duties with little supervision, Team player, Dependability, Attendance, Patience, Trust Worthy, Thoroughness, Knowledge and understands that working with animals/Dogs is hard work. Duties: Accepting; Returning Dogs up to 200 lbs to owners, using proper procedures. Dog care: Walking, interacting,feeding,water, cleaning up after and understanding their needs. Quality Control: Inspect all dog areas for safety and cleanliness. Inspect notes and inform customers. To Make decisions regarding planning,preforming, and scheduling operations within standard methods and procedures while using Good judgment (Common sense), Customer Service Leadership -Answer Phones - Scheduling reservations and can resolves issues to the satisfaction of the customer, Able to answer customer inquires in a timely manner, Follow thru to ensure all requests and issues are resolved. Skills/Qualifications: Customer service, Quick Learner, Follow Verbal and Written instruction, Lifting,, Multi-tasking, Active Energy Level, Flexibility, Handles Pressure, Common sense, Independence-able to preform duties with little supervision, Team player, Good writing -penmanship, Dependability, Attendance, Patience, Trust Worthy, Thoroughness, Knowledge and love of Animal/Dog Care and their needs, and understands that working with animals/Dogs is hard work.
