Description
I have had Blue since she was a puppy. She is from Flint, MI. She was sold to me as a blue heeler/border collie mix however after doing a recent DNA test I found that she is actually a dalmatian/shetland shepherd. Blue has truly been my companion over the past 9 years and is a very sweet dog. My mom says she has human eyes and can see into your soul, quite often this feels true. We've gotten to the point where she needs more time and patience from someone other than myself. I currently work way too much and Blue is not getting the attention she truly needs. She is a very sweet and loving dog. She would do best in a house without other pets as she tends to require a lot of attention and has a strong herding instinct. She really enjoys hiking and playing tug o war. She generally prefers to be off leash and does have leash anxiety when on leash.
Needs : A yard for her to run around in is a must. No other pets or kids in the home. Someone to dedicate their time to her emotional needs as well as some of her reactive tendencies. I currently feed her a very good healthy diet (I worked in pet nutrition) and would prefer her to continue eating healthy in her new home.
Rehoming fee : $200
