HOWARD He is a black and white american shorthair breed He was last seen wearing a blue fabric cone from a recent injury. He is a large cat approx 17 pounds. He is neutered and microchipped. Last known location was Horizon High school parking lot 5/18/2021. We love and miss Howie so much. Please share and be on the lookout for him. Our home feels so empty without him.
