Tex-Mex Brunch
We both enjoy Tex-Mex for breakfast and heck…it’s a cuisine that makes sense at every meal with big bright flavors and bold interpretations of native Mexican cooking. The cuisine is based on the culinary creations of the Tejano people of Texas and has spread from border states such as Texas and others in the Southwestern United States to the rest of the country and beyond. We'll make cast iron skillets of moist Jalapeno Cheddar Cornbread, Huevos Rancheros - poached eggs on corn tortillas with salsa, an upscale version of the Breakfast Burrito and Potato Hash studded with Chorizo. And, for the sweet tooth, we’ll deep fry some Churros. $59
