Hello! I'm looking to re-home this cute little black cat. She is 4 years old, spayed and I've lived with her since she was a kitten but my roommate asked me to care for her until he gets on his feet and moves out of his parents, but then he moved into an apt that doesn't allow cats 🙃. She's always been different bc her mother rejected her at 2 weeks and would have died otherwise if he didn't take her and bottle feed her so she never did get much time around her siblings which is somewhat important for development. She has skin sensitivities too and "stress grooms" in certain spots. She's always been around other cats but may be better as the only cat in the household and older kids who can be patient with her. I've never had litterbox issues with her and she absolutely will not eat anything but dry food. So she's simple yet complex. Once she's comfortable with you she will let you pick her up and snuggle her but she will need time to warm up to you. She's special in that way and may take a special person to match with. I've worked so much with her over the years but I no longer have the means to take care of her with $$. she just needs to be approached calmly and she loves head scritchens but she's really sensitive at the base of her tail. She also loves to play with toys! She's never been outside before buy if you have enough outdoor space it might actually do her some good to be outside. I however live right next to a busy road.
