Mattituck-Laurel Civic Association Needs You! To Meet, Mingle, and MAKE A DIFFERENCE Join the MLCA board at the Mattituck Park District’s community room to meet, mingle, and talk about the role you can take to support our civic and its initiatives to improve our communities’ quality of life. If you don’t act, who will? Honestly, probably no one! MLCA wants you for the role that is right for you – active board member, intent committee participant, or lend-a-hander. MLCA offers opportunities for all levels of participation in an array of activities, from the complex-and-ongoing to the routine-and-limited. Why bother? Because your community needs help, whether making a phone call and sending a letter, or embracing an important and timely issue and working toward a positive solution. Change is here and has been for a while, and if it is going to be managed for the best of all, we must do it. Join us on June 8, enjoy some light refreshments, and learn about the right way for you to JOIN THE TEAM! (At the meeting, all COVID precautions will be in place and, weather permitting, we’ll have the outdoors available.)
