Well it's sad to see the ocean view area being slowly turned back into the gang infested scene it was 11 yrs ago. Drugs thefts shootings happening on a almost a daily basis. It's such a shame that a potentially wonderful community is slowly but surely being infiltrated by gang organizations. And none of them own any properties they only rent. And the property owners are the ones paying the price your property value is going to sink lower and lower as time goes on if something is not done soon. Good luck Oceanview.
