We need someone to clean light litter everyday around the perimeter of our property. Preferably and local person. This property is at the corner of 37 avenue and 31st. The cleaning hours are during NYC Dept. of Sanitation routing hours. 7:30 am and again at 3:00 pm. If kept up it's a piece of cake. Pay is monthly
