Differio.com is a unique menswear website looking for an entry level assistant to work closely with our small team. Differio.com is a trendy, boutique menswear store, offering designer clothing, footwear & accessories for men. We are looking for a person who is reliable, hardworking and loyal. You will handle our daily orders (fulfilment, shipping, returns) and inventory. You should possess the ability to multitask, have a great eye for detail and a perfectionist approach. A take charge attitude is welcome here and encouraged. You will receive paid training and we will give you support and assistance whenever needed. We are a very small team and see ourselves as a second family. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. This list is not exhaustive of all duties that the position holder may be required to perform: - Handle purchases, order fulfilments, packaging, and ensuring shipments and deliveries are sent to customers. - Handle returns including clothing/merchandise quality control, issue refunds, maintain client satisfaction. - Administer all inventory control activities, oversee and keep accurate inventory for the warehouse. Receive shipments, handle product count, fold and package clothing when needed. - Update inventory count on our website when needed, and assist with site rotation, implementation, and coordination (which you will receive training). - Handle customer calls and ensure client satisfaction if needed. - Sometimes assist with photo shoots, organize fashion looks, prepare sets, coordinate with photographers and male models. About You: - Perfectionist and detail oriented. - Multitasking skills. - Great interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. - Can work independently or with a team. - Has a strong willingness to learn. We take Covid-19 extreme precautions and safety measures seriously, while most of our team is working remotely, this role cannot be performed remotely and you will be physically present at our warehouse in Astoria, New York, 3 to 5 days a week and 8 hours a day. This role is for entry level candidates only, but there is opportunity to grow with our company, as many of our current employees have.
