Description
You maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of several multi-family/commercial properties in Lowell/Chelmsford/Tewksbury area. Great communication skills with tenants and vendors. Basic handyman skills are must.
Key Qualifications:
- General maintenance experience including cleaning, light plumbing and electrical, appliance repair, and painting.
- Proficient with smartphone and email.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Have transportation and basic tools
Some of the job responsibilities may include:
- Completing maintenance requests and work orders
- Grounds maintenance and all activities associated with snow removal
- Some building cleaning
- Repair/replace door hardware/locks, smoke alarms
- Repair/replace window screens
- Appliance repair and installation
Full time or Part time position. Must have driver license and be good on tracking time.
