Dinner: Buffet-style featuring self-serve salad station, Steak Diane with rosemary potatoes, Chicken Picatta with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, New Orleans BBQ Shrimp with garlic cheese grits, tomato cream sauce over pasta and a pepper medley; French garlic bread, bread puddings with whiskey butter sauce.
