Relax, renew, and let go during a full hour of sound healing! Please read ALL the way through!!!!Be immersed for a full hour of healing from the beautiful and mesmerizing sounds of the crystal singing bowls and the vibration and sounds of the gongs. Allow yourself to find peace and relaxation during this hour of sound. Allow your central nervous system to absorb the vibrations of the gong. With the state of the world over the last year and then some, we can all use a little recharge and re-balance. Sound healing is the oldest form of healing and can be the most effective, so come join us and recharge your energy system. As long as the weather cooperates the day of the event, musician Edward Helms will be joining us with his crystal pyramids, chimes, crystal bowls, and other incredible sound healing instruments. You will be lying down relaxing during the hour of sound, so please bring whatever you need to be comfortable (i.e. a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc.). I will not be able to provide all the blankets and pillows as I have in the past. :-(If you are unable to comfortably lie on the floor, there will be space to be able to sit up.
