Kristina will help guide you through the applying process and making sure you understand what lenders look for when you’re applying for a home mortgage. After you’re pre-approved you are now ready to hire a knowledge Real Estate Professional (like myself) to help guide you through the buying process, all the way to closing day. As a Realtor I’ll make sure the lines of communication between you and the lender stays clear and concise and keep you on track to not only finding you a beautiful home but also making sure you get the best bang for your buck!
