A fundraiser for Soroptimist International of Rockwall including brunch, drinks, bunco, prizes, a gorgeous lake view! What's not to love? Brunch, drinks, prizes, a gorgeous lake view, and all for a great cause! Your ticket includes a delicious Brunch Buffet sponsored by Dalrock Homes, LLC. We will have chicken & waffles, biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs and seasonal fruit! Every guest will get a mimosa to start the event off right! We will also have a full cash bar so that you get your favorite Brunch Cocktail. Brunch will be served at 10:00am to give plenty of time to eat before we get started with the Bunco Party. Bunco will start at 10:45am and we will announce any break in between rounds. We will be raffling off a Gift Card Tree valued over $1,000! Prizes will be awarded to: - Bunco Queen (Most Buncos) - Most Wins - Bunco Princess (Most baby Buncos) You might even get a prize if you are down on your luck and seem to lose every round! 😉 Attendees will all receive goody bags and trust us you will want your goody bag! Here is more about why you should support us: Soroptimist International of Rockwall invests in the dreams of women and girls in our community and beyond. The Children's Advocacy Center is currently located at the Soroptimist House. The club also provides scholarships for women who are head of their household and attending classes to further their education as well as scholarships for graduating senior girls in 3 local high schools. Our current Dream It Be It program is an ongoing mentoring curriculum for teen girls. We also have a program called STARS (Soroptimists Toasting Area Retired Seniors). Once a quarter and at Christmas time, the Rockwall Soroptimist’s host a luncheon at Reese Manor. Reese Manor is an apartment for low income seniors and there are about forty three residents. We celebrate birthdays and holidays with the residents. We provide them with much need toiletries/household supplies, as well as gift cards to brighten their birthday/holiday. We also have a program that assists women internationally! We provide several women around the world with KIVA loans so that they can better their lives.
