Landscaping Needed

Description

I have 1 elm to plant, the bed needs to be expanded about 1 ½ feet so the elm can fit. Edge needs to be established. I have and elm that was planted about a 2 weeks ago, needs to be moved about a foot out away from the fence and the bed expanded, edge established. I have 1 Dwarf bush and weed growing behind it that needs to be removed completely. Replace with 2 small boxwoods, establish bed edge approx 12-15 feet long. I need help moving a large stepping stone off of the deck onto the ground below.
