Expert needed to flare a fuel line

I have a quarter inch fuel line that needs a new double flare. I've had little success practicing with rented flare kits from Autozone, or buying a "nice" one from Amazon. I need someone who knows what they are doing to flare this one line. Its under the car. Accessible, but a tight working space. Car is jacked up in a garage. Logan Square. $80 cash I need this done as soon as possible. Available all hours of the day. Must have your own flare tool kit, the one I have is trash.
